Story starts with Selene coming out of a chamber which is made up in cryogenic style. She is out after 12 long years of suspension and routs toWards the Antigen medical corporation where the process of making an antidote for Vampires and Lycans creating virus. After coming out of the place, Selene comes across weird visions where she visits a building to see David her colleague and also sees Eve a girl who is a daughter of Selene (but this truth is revealed at very later time in the movie).
David, Selene and Eve go to the Coven but David’s father named Thomas, is not happy to see them. He believes that Selene is the culprit for the total annihilation of the clan. Dr. Jacob, director of Antigen and his son Quint are also a Lycans and antidote designed at the hospital can proof or save Lycans from silver. Genetic code of Eve is required to access that antidote so Quint comes to the Vampire city to get Eve. Can Selene and David save Eve from the mighty and mysterious Lycans? It’s worth watching on big screen.
