Far from the Madding Crowd

Feature film "Far from the Madding Crowd" is an adaptation of the eponymous novel by the English writer Thomas Hardy and tells presents and tangled love story of a young girl Jeverden of Bathsheba. In early childhood, Bathsheba parents and lost during the years of the life of an orphan accustomed to autonomy. The girl has grown a strong, independent and willful, which does everything herself. After the death of his uncle, Bathsheba inherited his farm, where immediately moved to live and work.

However too capricious girl calls the real rush in rural district, as in Victorian England women supposed to be more restrained. But the energetic, strong-willed Miss Jeverden manages to fall at three companions: the abject poverty of the farmer Garijelja Ouka, successful owner of a neighboring estate, Bachelor William Boldvuda and beautiful British Army Sergeant Frank Troy.
