The Conjuring

The movie begins in the year 1971, where Perron’s family enters a farmhouse on Rhode Island. The family includes Roger, Carolyn and their five kids Nancy, Andrea, Christine, April and Cindy. The entire family enters the house, but their dog, Saddie refuses to enter. Within a few days, Paranormal activities begin to occur in the house. Saddie is found dead, Christine sees a spirit and Carolyn also encounters some events like she hears a clapping in the hall, but finds nobody there and she also gets trapped in the basement.

She decides to call the demonologists to investigate this case. Ed and Lorraine, agrees to take up the case. They fit cameras in the house to collect the evidences of the haunted house to show it in the church in order to perform exorcism. They discover that the house once belonged to a witch named Bathsheba, who sacrificed her child to please the devil, and she also cursed everyone who will take up the land, before killing herself.
